1 General Provisions

These terms and conditions form a legal agreement that applies to the use of the dhoni platform and all its services. By accessing the site and creating an account, the user gives full consent to every clause in this document.

dhoni is an online gaming and sports betting platform that offers casino games, slots, live casino and betting on cricket and other sports for players in Bangladesh. All rights to use the platform are reserved by dhoni.

These terms are available in both English and Bengali. If there is any difference in meaning between the two versions, the Bengali version will take precedence. For any questions, answers can be found in our FAQ section.

2 Eligibility and Age Requirement

The following eligibility requirements must be met to use dhoni's services:

• The applicant must be at least 21 years of age.
• A valid and active Bangladeshi mobile number is required.
• Only one account may be opened on the dhoni platform; multiple accounts for the same person are not permitted.
• Accurate and complete identity information must be provided during verification.
• An account may not be operated on behalf of another person.

For age verification, dhoni may request a copy of the national identity card, birth registration certificate or passport at any time. Withdrawal requests may remain pending until verification is complete. Accounts of users under 21 years of age will be closed immediately and any winnings in such accounts may be forfeited.

3 Account Registration

Users must provide complete and accurate information at the time of registration. dhoni reserves the right to close an account and seize the balance if false information is provided.

3.1 Password and Security

Keeping the account password confidential is the user's own responsibility. dhoni will not be liable for any loss resulting from sharing a password or allowing unauthorised access to an account. If any suspicious activity is noticed, the support team must be contacted immediately via live chat.

3.2 Updating Information

dhoni must be informed immediately of any changes to the user's contact or payment details. The user is responsible for any issues or transaction delays arising from outdated information.

• One email address may be linked to only one account.
• One mobile number may be registered to only one account.
• The mobile number must be confirmed via OTP verification.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

The minimum deposit amount on dhoni is ৳200 and the minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. All financial transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

The following methods can be used for both deposits and withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer (major commercial banks including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank and Islami Bank).

4.2 Withdrawal Processing Time

Approved withdrawal requests are generally completed within 30 minutes to 3 hours. Additional time may be required if account verification is pending or a security check is needed.

4.3 Withdrawal Conditions

• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
• If a bonus has been received, the bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement for that bonus has been met.
• dhoni reserves the right to hold large withdrawals until account verification is complete.
• dhoni may conduct additional investigation in cases of suspicious transactions.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

dhoni offers various types of bonuses. Each bonus has its own terms which must be read before claiming.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳10,000. The wagering requirement for the bonus is 25 times the bonus amount. For example: a ৳1,000 deposit earns a ৳2,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳3,000 — and ৳2,000 × 25 = ৳50,000 must be wagered before the bonus can be withdrawn.

5.2 Weekly and Other Bonuses

dhoni offers multiple promotional offers including weekly reload rewards, slots festival bonuses, cricket celebration bonuses and special birthday gifts. Each has its own minimum deposit and wagering requirements. Full details of each bonus can be found on the relevant promotion page.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• A bonus may be claimed only once, unless the offer states otherwise.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly as cash — the wagering requirement must be met first.
• How much each game contributes towards meeting a bonus's wagering requirement is stated on the promotion page.
• dhoni reserves the right to close accounts in cases of fraudulent bonus claims.
• dhoni may change or end any promotion at any time.

6 Betting and Gaming

The dhoni platform offers games across various categories including slots, live casino, sports betting and fishing games. Each game has its own rules which can be viewed from the game interface.

6.1 Betting Limits

Minimum and maximum bet limits are set for each game or market. These limits may vary by game or event and dhoni may revise them at any time.

6.2 Technical Issues

If a game or market is left incomplete due to a server error, disconnection or software problem, dhoni may void that market and return the original stake. dhoni reserves the right to void bets placed at incorrect odds displayed due to a technical error.

6.3 Sports Betting

For bets on cricket, football and other sports, odds may change before a match starts or during a live event. The odds at the time a bet is confirmed will be considered final. If any match is suspended or cancelled, the outcome of that market will be determined according to dhoni's set rules.

7 Prohibited Activities

Any of the following activities are strictly prohibited and subject to penalties:

• Creating multiple accounts or using another person's account.
• Placing bets in a deliberate pattern to abuse bonuses or claiming bonuses with false information.
• Money laundering or using funds from illegal sources on dhoni.
• Using automation software, bots or any unauthorised technology to gain an advantage in games or betting.
• Attempting to find security vulnerabilities in the platform or carrying out hacking activities.
• Carrying out fraudulent activities against other users.
• Any form of arbitrage betting or systematically attempting to take risk-free profit.

If any of the above violations are proven, dhoni may immediately close the account and forfeit all balances and winnings.

8 Account Suspension and Closure

dhoni may temporarily or permanently close any account in the following circumstances:

• If any clause of these terms and conditions is violated.
• If documents requested for verification are not submitted within the specified time.
• If there is no activity on the account for an extended period (generally 12 months).
• Upon a court order or at the request of a relevant authority.
• At the user's own request (self-exclusion).

8.1 Voluntary Account Closure

If a user wishes to close their account, they can notify the dhoni support team via live chat or email. All pending bets will be settled before the account is closed and any eligible balance will be returned.

9 Limitation of Liability

dhoni aims to provide the best possible service through its platform. However, dhoni will not be liable in the following circumstances:

• Loss caused by internet disconnection.
• Delays or issues caused by a third-party payment provider.
• Service interruption due to unexpected technical errors or server maintenance.
• Any loss caused by a problem with the user's own device.

dhoni will not accept liability for indirect or consequential loss under any circumstances. The maximum liability of the platform for any single transaction is limited to the amount of that transaction.

10 Data Protection

11 Responsible Gambling Terms
